Large wooden desk with hutch and lockable drawers. Used but good condition. Please see picture for dimensions. 

Please refer to pictures for overall condition.  It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to verify the condition.   The bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding, and to place your bid based solely on your personal inspection.

We do not test or inspect the item for markings or working conditions.  No guarantee of value on any item, or the working condition of the item or any of its parts.  It is not our intention to omit or misrepresent any of our auction items. All items are sold as is.  This does not mean that the unit doesn’t work, only that we have not tested or checked it out.

Viewing: By appointment.

Pick up:  Buyer must pick up items – including providing proper vehicles, equipment and manpower required to pick up and load items. You are expected to remove your own items.   Buyer is expected to load your own items.  If you cannot carry or lift, you will need to bring someone to help you. After paying for your auction items please email to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. It is required for you to make an appointment to pick up your items.

WCSW may require a bid deposit.

Paymac, handles all payments for WCSW.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
